Logitech C920 HD Pro Webcam, Streaming, Full HD 1080p/30fps

I bought this in 2017 for £28.99. It's old tech for a silly price.

I appreciate that inflation has happened among other things and that it's not available at this price right now but this is entirely not a deal as it should be a deal at £30 - 35

To those about to say the time machine BS, I will call you out before you bother with the question about do you enjoy being rogered by big corporate for your money because you enjoy it or because you just aren't interested in getting any deals. Because if it's the former

The price of electrical components and plastic have not increased over 200 and the supply of components is now and has been for a while back to more traditional levels.

So all in, cold from me as Logitech is price gouging on their webcams

You can also get the C922 for less money in a variety of places and the Brio 300 which has better colour rendition and a few other differences for a fair bit less.

I recently got this one but the admins didn't let me post it as a deal because of some stupid rules.
I am on Linux so looked for something that I could use withouit any dedicated software to have full functionnality. It has remote control to manage AI zoom, manual zoom and position. It has incredible large FOV. The quality of the image is above any Logitech cam, I had before. It works perfect in low light with high quality Sony CMOS.
Full HD 60fps or 4K 30 fps.

Worth trying for £36,72 as you can always return on Amazon within 30 days.

It's not 4k, at least 60fps with ray tracing and an extra enclosure to hook up an external GPU to play Crysis.

Cold.

I bought this 6+ years ago and doubt i paid more than this, i hope not anyway.

I think I've owned this over 12 years and still in the box. I'm surprised it's still up there. Thinking of giving it a go. Now Nvidea can do backdrops I dint have to worry about tidying my room

got mine about 5 years ago on prime day for about £35, haven't seen near this price since.
might as well get new 4k logitech or 4k anker between £70-90. better value for money.

I ordered this very webcam in 2018 for £24.99...so in 2024, is nearly £62.85 now a deal for this? That's crazy. Has it been since the pandemic which inflated prices a lot, for obvious reasons, and they just stayed there?
