These seem to be a rebrand of the Adapt 660/Sennheiser PXC550(look below for some evidence) which retail at over £200. The Bluetooth dongle is included but these will work with onboard Bluetooth too. The lowest price I have seen them for! I own a pair and they are quite lightweight and have a decent, well balanced sound.

I ordered them to try at this price before and definitely wouldn't pay £200 for this (what it usually is). They feel quite rigid and still use micro-usb for charging.

Currently own the xm4s and would definitely say xm4s are more comfortable. Not trying to compare apples and oranges, but just comparing the original price. Not sure I would even keep these at this price though.

Sounds interesting - what do you have to substantiate that these are rebranded PXC250?

I’m looking for some assurance before I hit the buy button (edited)

I own a pair and they look identical to a PXC550 I looked at. Also if you go through the certification information the details point to Epos. (edited)

Really good headphones and fantastic price. Only Micro USB port puts me off, if it is USB C, I would have ordered.

A USB-A to USB-C adaptor is not too expensive!

Would these possibly work with XBox Series X?

I think you'll need a bluetooth dongle to add bluetooth to the xbox. These are just bluetooth so they should connect to anything that supports bluetooth

I bought the cheaper version so that I can compare it directly with the Sennheiser 450 BT I own, and they close to identical - apart from a few minor things - ie some buttons have been moved around and it had been upgraded from usb A to usb C, so I am taking a punt that these really are the Sennheiser PXC 550

Just got my pair (ordered yesterday), and I don't know if there's something wrong with my pair, but they sound awful... like £50 headphones. The upper mids/highs are really compressed and undefined. Everything is muddied together in the mix, I can't pick out instruments. The high treble just falls off a cliff, sound profile sounds like an inverted U. Like listening to very heavily compressed audio, like 64kbps MP3. Sound stage is practically non-existent. I've tried both Bluetooth, my android phone, the 3.5mm cable, and the included dongle, but no change. Maybe they work better with non-electronic music.
For headphones I own I can compare to: Razer Barracuda X, Razer Opus, Soundcore Q40, Audio Technica DT770, Audio Technica M40fs, and Sennhesier HD595. So I've got a wide spectrum to compare to, both consumer and professional. And they all sound much better (closest is the Barracuda, but they're tuned for gaming). I find it hard to believe these are a rebranded £200+ Sennheiser. My HD595s blow these away for sound quality, and they were about £100 a decade ago. My Razer Opus (£100-160, I got mine for £100) is my most used and probably closest in terms of functionality (Bluetooth, ANC), and they are superior to these in every way. I wonder if they've recently switched the internals/drivers, as my experience does not match what I've read. Last positive review on Amazon is 4.5 months old. I'll try running them for a few hours to burn them in, but I doubt it'll make much of a difference.

Note: Not here to grumble, I actually bought these independently of this deal, so wasn't influenced by it. Just thought I'd share my experience. (edited)

I bought mine around 4 months ago. They are rebranded PXC550/Adapt 660 as the FCC certifications show them as Epos.

In terms of headsets I can compare them to - Sennheiser PC350SE,Epos GSP370 and the Amazon Commuter headset(HD350BT/HD450BT). My proper wired headphones - Grado SR125,Hifiman HE4XX(and another open back Sennheiser in the cupboard).

The PC350SE are known for a very narrow soundstage,ie,they emphasis midrange over base, etc as they are designed for chat use during games. These definitely improve over those. These are not bright headphones.

In terms of tested music - tried with Air,M83 and a bit of Chemical Brothers because they do expansive soundstages with a lot of audio effects.

In terms of soundstage, the soundstage seems par for the course for closed backed headsets. The HE4XX have a better soundstage(because of their open nature) and better base when run off a headphone amp. (edited)

Made a typo - these are a PXC550 rebrand not PXC250. Need more Coffee! I own a few pairs of wired and wireless headphones and these sound nice for the price.

The clamping force is less than the HD350BT/HD450BT and it's not too heavy. Will work fine off Bluetooth on a phone or PC. Also a wireless dongle is included. (edited)

Plastic casing might be produced in the same factory as the Senheisers - doubt the internals are the same..

    Made by Sennheiser:

I have compared these to PXC550/Adapt 660 and everything looks similar outside some cosmetics. Even comes with a debranded version of the Sennheiser dongle.

Just checked the box - it says dsea a/s which is Epos:

Even if they're the same anatomicals, I think the senheissers will be differentiated by the tuning/software side

The manufacturer on the box is Epos(dsea a/s),and the FCC listing is Sennheiser. The product code SCBT13 also brings up the Epos 660,ie,why I put only reviews for that in. (edited)

Not a bad deal, good value for the price. I however bought myself newer headset from the same brand - Epos h3 Hybrid and personally I would recommend getting these instead. Microphone quality is higher and these have USB-C charging. You can get them on Amazon for as little as 30 GBP (from a third party seller)
