These had better sound quality in the bass department..just more punchy and maybe a little more clear but for the original £180 RRP not worth it at all. Build quality is better on the Hyperx..feels more solid. Sound quality on the hyperx alphas is still great, sound still packs a good punch overall. The biggest difference with the arctis was the mic when using the xbox adapter, it's really good and the hyperx falls way behind. I very rarely do online gaming so not really an issue with the hyperx anyway At least the hyperx cloud works without any issues! Still solid after years of use and well worth the money. I'm avoiding wireless completely from now on..now what headset cam I buy to waste money on now lol (after this one is returned of course)
Was holding out to see if you had the adaptor before I bought one to try as the reviews didn't seem to confirm if it fully fixed the issue. I did get them to work without the stuttering but the volume was so low I had to put everything full where as with the alphas volume was around 40 and they were still to quiet. Looks like its back to the alphas for both of us then.
What a piece of junk and a waste of my time, audio is cutting out on Bluetooth on my phone, PC and its exactly the same with the official xbox wireless adapter. I have updated the headset via the software too..no change
Are you using them for a pc too?
Sounds like a Bluetooth issue, should have zero problems with the xbox adapter (exact same technology on the xbox's) I'm also using hyperx alphas..Will be interesting to compare

This is a great price as you'll get somebody's ear wax as a bonus.
Wasn't overly impressed with the Pulse headset. Sound was a bit muffled and seemed lacking. After picking up the Xbox Wireless headset, I've opted to use it's Bluetooth to connect to my TV to play PS5. Sold the Pulse headset last week. Not a terrible headset, just a bit of a letdown compared to the Xbox headset.
Got notification today that they are being shipped by Royal Mail, expected in 1-3 days
Thanks for the tip, I think I'll go with the Xbox one too then connect to TV.
Ordered but waiting for stock- wonder how long it will take
PS5? I heard rumours of such a device. Legend has it this beast once roamed the lands for all but a brief moment and has since been consigned to the history books. Details are scarce and vary among those who speak of ‘being there’ but the PS5 remains in folklore and is still used by many parents even today in the bedtime stories they tell their children. Voted hot!
Yeah, I use them on my OG PS4.

It's brilliant for PC too. I have one. Replaced my K702s & Modmic for one, won't go back to a wired set for gaming.
3D audio on PS5 is emulated on any stereo headset connected via the controller, USB cable or USB wireless. I honestly think you have no idea what you’re on about :/
The V1 was well received too by paid or sponsored promoters pfft i mean reviewers as the next best headset to rival the £200+ big guns..... (annoyed) I mean i dont know maybe its fine for consoles but not pc. vs say a Hyper x revolver and its flat and terrible for fps. The PS5 pulse is light and has better audio if using for playstation than this. Ohh does this game have the 3D audio feature yes it does! Does that headset have that feature? No.
It’s pretty well received by nearly every reviewer around. I tried a set on at my local Curry’s store and they are probably the most comfy lightweight headset I’ve tried in years. Currently have some Steelseries 7P’s but if I hadn’t already bought them recently, I’d be all over this headset.
Thats one of the worst headsets so bad it got a V2
If they are left/right audio RCA outputs (usually red and white) you should be able to use something like this: amazon.co.uk/UGREEN-connecting-smartphones-tablets-players-Black/dp/B00B2HP1FY/ref=mp_s_a_1_1_sspa HOWEVER they could be composite video inputs (red, white and yellow), or something else entirely. What does it say next to the RCA plugs? Does it say something like "audio out"? What model is the TV?
Thanks for the reply and advice. One more question mate. I've also thought about doing what u did. However I don't have a headphone jack at the back. Just digital optical and those redwhite yellow rca or whatever you can them. I've read I can only do it through the optical port and then buy some digital adapter is this right? Or can I use the rca ones and use some wire from amazon.
You need the transmitter (TV) and receiver (headphones) to both support a low latency audio codec. The only one that really works is called Apt-X Low Latency, but it is proprietary, and not part of the standard Bluetooth spec. Bluetooth 5.0 also reduced latency for the built-in SBC protocol, but you may still notice a delay (some people's brains are happy to resync the AV internally, I think, as it just doesn't bother them, but mine doesn't and it drives me mad). These headphones don't have Apt-X. If it was your TV that didn't, you could simply plug a BT transmitter with Apt-X LL support in to the aux port. Lots of messing about though. Personally I've given up on Bluetooth headphones for the TV and I've got a very long headphone extension cable instead (y)
I bought these. Slightly delay between my smart TV and the headphones. Is this normal? Phone to headphones seems fine. The delay is slightly annoying when trying a movie. Would other headphones have the same prob
Ordered some on few days ago, box was ok condition but opened. The headphones had slight marks on them and covered in what i could only think of was human skin particles and inside the ear cup was some small hair and again more particles. I have sent them back today so some new lucky person can re buy them in a day or so i guess.
After seeing that, definitely staying away from like new (personal) products from Amazon.
Got these last week and I’m not a fan. The sound is fantastic, but I’ve two issues: 1. Personally speaking, I don’t find them at all comfortable. Me ears don’t quite fit in the cups (I’m a big dude though) 2. I find that plugging the USB dongle in the back causes interference, and plugging it in the front just looks a bit shoddy No issues with the sound quality. They sound fantastic to me. But I’m no audiophile. Just my opinion here. I know other people who really like them.
I got this recently ...3d audio not as good as expected. Still required a dongle and no Bluetooth so won't work with android. They are comfy but not worth £80-90 quid imo
I did get these, tried them out for a bit but I'm not blown away by them, considering sending them back, not sure I'd want to pay full price for them!
Thanks for posting @Lucas_Pilkington and welcome to hotukdeals
Yeah I was angry on this "hissing" sound at the beginning but I got used to it.
I had these when they first came out and didn't like it not because the light hiss as you don't really notice once you actually get sound coming through them. But then again having the Alphas first I didn't like the downgrade in audio quality when using the flight in wireless mode. Wired was reasonalble but wireless was just bad imo so it got returned. I now have the Cloud Mix. Good quality audio but you need a Aptx-LL enabled dongle for low latency audio and the mic won't work for gaming so you need a separate mic. (skeptical) Love the Mix so I use them all the time including watching films and TV Series and on console. Have the mic and cable ready to attach if I'll be playing a game with voice. Just wish HyperX would release a pair of headphones with high quality audio that can use a mic wirelessly. Really couldn't care less about tweaks to add the simulated surround to diferrent pairs. We can do that on PC in various ways anyway. Ok all that said, for the price heat added
I have this headset and it's very good but think about buying it as mine have static noise when nothing is playing (called white noise I think?) I've contacted HyperX they've said it's normal. I'm now used to it, but might be a problem for some as it's not completely silent when switched on and no sounds are playing

Pulse 3D Wireless Headset (PS5) £81.59 Delivered @ Shopto via eBay£81.59eBay Deals
I have both and the Microsoft cans are much more comfortable over longer periods ... for me anyway. When the official Microsoft system update arrives I'll compare them properly. I really like the ease of use of the PS headset, nice bass as well.
No microphone piece on these but assume you can talk into them? Apologies, never looked at headsets before haha
Thanks ordered for a buddy
I'm curious how's these compare with Microsoft's own newest. Waiting on reviews.
I don't know what your headphones are like so don't know how they compare but I've been pretty pleased with my Sonys so far. Easy to set-up, comfy to wear and the sound is great. My only minor gripe is the buttons are a bit small and not really labelled so its hard to tell what does what
Dammit. Wish I'd held on a bit now before buying mine
Are these descent and worth the shot? Or would it be wise for me to keep my hyper x headphones? :/

Anyone have any good equaliser settings for these, or found any good ones on the internet? Struggling to get rid of the muddy soundstage from tinkering with it myself. Also spacial audio is a bit hit and miss. Hard to tell when a player is below or above
Mine was delayed, but was delivered next day.
Also - there’s an issue with mic monitoring (which was one of the primary features I wanted). Microsoft are aware and are going to patch it. Other than that, so far they are a pretty good headset.
this comes with 6 months dolby atmos as well in case some didn't know like me. Just install the app on xbox with headset on and it should show.
I just got an email from Amazon saying they can't obtain the item. Not sure why they accepted the pre order when they seemingly have no stock.
