Bought one of these earlier in the year, was great for a few flights and a hospital stay...

Literally threw it in the bin yesterday due to stitching ripping in 2 places; outside pocket to inside, strap around buckle about to tear off.

Aimed to buy a "proper" cabin bag because having a bag properly sized like that was great, but at this price... Might end up buying it again lol.

I was planning on getting one of these next time I'm at Decathalon.
They seem to get good reviews on here and are a similar price.

I have the decathlon bag you mentioned and my pennies worth, it really is a good bag. It doesn't try and be more than it is. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles done badly. It is a simple bag made well that will last a fair while.

New (soon to be) flyer. Does this count as hand luggage?

For now, yes. Just bear in mind all airlines can have different requirements, and they can change them! Was only 5 years ago you got to take a 40l bag on for free.

Great if you have issues judging sizes, but as I usually want a bag at the destination anyway I normally just half pack a larger rucksack.

    Good point.

This is the normal price, it’s never been any higher than this.

Took it to Paris recently with Ryanair and no issues at all. Holds a good amount for a weekend away!

OK, I need to check this out. I purchased the highly regarded LifeWit version of this bag (link below) after seeing a product review from Jetset with Jess, followed by a bunch of others. That bag is flippin' awesome for days out and camping trips. Can this bordlite bag be in the same quality ball park? I don't know but got to be worth a look

    Cheers OP

Could this be useful as a gym bag?

Not great for a gym bag but perfect for Ryan air cabin bag. I’ve bought 2 for a Ryan air flight but I wouldn’t use as a gym bag.

Bought three for my trip, cheap and 5 star bag, many pockets, and good for ryanair stupid rules
