A bright new era of pixels
Heightening the vivid beauty of LG OLED self-lit pixels. Brightness Booster Max takes refinements by the α9 Gen 5 AI processor to the next level, delivering up to 30% more luminance. Now, visuals look bolder with superior light efficiency.
Beauty meets brains
The brains behind the beauty. Following deep learning advancements, LG's α9 Gen 5 AI Processor enhances objects in the foreground and background to add natural depth, and makes colours spectacularly vivid yet accurate.
Dazzling darks, luminous lights
With no backlight to dull their impact,self-lit pixels achieve the deepest blacks for crisp contrast in every light. Visuals are more defined, so you can make out subtle details your eyes usually miss.
The details set the tone
All-new Dynamic Tone Mapping Pro goes deeper to improve the picture. Previously, it elevated just the frames. Now, the technique hones in on 5000 blocks across the screen for more vivid HDR down to each last detail.
Sounds like you're in the scene
The α9 Gen 5 AI Processor up-mixes 2-channel audio into virtual 7.1.2 channel sound. Feel the action and chaos around you, just like you're the main character of the movie.

There's lots more to consider though. I have a G2 and love it with the right content but a lot of stuff I'm just as happy watching on my plasma's. (edited)
Paired it with a Sonos Beam Gen 2.
You won’t regret it. 🏻
Probably too optimistic.
Will not be wall mounted. I'll be asking for codes too! (edited)
G3 probably will see decent reductions though over next few months though, but for me I need a TV now, really been looking for over a year so waited long enough.
I'm waiting till November to get it.
Thoughts, feedback?
What I would say is useful about the LG sets, is that they log errors, so if you do have to make a warranty claim, they're much easier to corrolate your claims to the logs (instead of recreating when an engineer visits).
Not inclined to install 3rd party software on my PC to access the TV menu over my local network.
Seems it does still work (thread updated 13d ago after they updated the latest WebOs): reddit.com/r/O…ce/ (edited)
Happy with the purchase?
No extended warranty received

How to receive 4-year extended warranty:
a. After purchasing a participating product,
b. The 4-year extended warranty certificate will be sent to you via our 3rd party, Domestic and General.
Although I would say, when I got my Domestic & General extended warranty on my PRC purchase of a B8 55" TV, it took a fair while for it to come through too, as I was skeptical about the warranty. (edited)
Poor TV
TV came out = 2022

In the recent deals I went for the C2 55 inch £750 and was loving it, but then saw the £685 G2 55 inch deal which turned my head, ended up going for the £960 G2 65 inch deal instead, have wall mounted it and have returned the C2 55 inch.
Stunning, stunning, stunning. I waited 4 years to get an OLED and my patience has been rewarded.
Now comes up at just under £2k
I've just bought an S90C last year and I'm just curious what's on the LG "yard"(G2 or C3 whatever comes first) (edited)
