I'm happy to say that I watched it from the start when it was originally aired. I probably still have the VHS tapes I recorded them on, somewhere.

I bought the original DVD's and then this box set when it came out. Also had this and Shaun of the Dead signed by Simon, Nick and Edgar before a pre-release screening of Hot Fuzz.

Edgar stated that a Blu-Ray release was "in the works" 4 years ago. So, as we are approaching the 25th anniversary of the original airing of the 1st series, I am still somewhat hopeful.
