Anyone with an informed opinion on these please?

They are excellent, although only had them a week

Doing way above my average walks for may (100 miles total this month) and so far through mud, rain, cold, hot etc, they've been perfect.

I have these bought them for double the price but I love them. Super comfortable for walking and so far they have been 100% waterproof.

Highly recommended, while I've only had mine a week from the previous deal for around the same price, these are super plush and comfortable at the ankle, super grippy and the waterproof element does well up to the toe, so you still need to be careful about puddles (edited)

    Steel toe or reinforced?
    Andrew_Smart's avatar
Definitely not steel but is quite stiff, could call it reinforced

    These aren't work boots though

Compared to the boots from my youth these look way cooler.

Are these too warm for a summer hiking shoe ?
    leeharvey2000's avatar
No they’re great, I used them for hiking in Tenerife. Absolutely great, really comfortable.

These are really comfy in all weathers, they’re my main shoe now for someone who has joint problems. Thoroughly endorsed. (edited)

    These run small imo
    banshee3099's avatar
On full size or half size?

For normal width feet, do these fit true to size?

Adidas shoes run small, I would go half a size up

Would these be good for walk in 40 degrees hot Dubai desert?

You could also try something like these - decathlon.co.uk/p/u…088 - although not many sizes left at time of checking. I have seen many British Army boots on websites too if that helps.

I have the shoe version of these and they are great. They even had my size so it was a no brainer at this price.

Got these back in December for a trip to Lapland where spent 3 days solid on feet in -17, they were extremely comfortable and did the job perfectly. Whilst there’s a waterproof element to them, as someone previously mentioned it’s too a point. I was only recently jet washing the drive this weekend and my feet did get wet , but then that’s not really a fair test for what is a great boot at this price

only 8 or 8.5 but Amazon have them in more sizes for £51

Do you have a link please? Can't find them at that price. Thanks

Are these narrow like adidas trainers? It's always put me off Adidas unfortunately as I like the look of a lot of their gear
