When a customer trades in their game, the code might have already been used and physical merchandise may not always be included. GAME will price their pre-owned special editions the same as standard editions.

Awesome! A good deal to be had, it is also in-store but only stores that are standalone, all concessions within Sports Direct no longer have Pre-Owned stock. Also a side note you can only use reward card points at stand alone stores as well! Enjoy your games!

There are no more deliveries to be made to stores anymore I have been told, the last of the stock will be sold online and once the stores have sold the preowned stock they have, that’ll be it.

Hopefully this means they are going of of business, awful chain that deserve to fail sadly these days.

Hopefully none of the colleagues read your comment. Place has been mismanaged for a long time, I worked for them 10 years ago. Lots of good people there working hard having to deal with increasingly impossible to hit targets and pressure. Despite the direction the company went in I for one won't be celebrating people losing their jobs.

Those should be brand new with possible packaging damage as Game didn’t give any additional money or credit for limited/collector editions when trading. So no one would’ve actually traded those in. I saw them sold out around 2am, so they must’ve added stock more than once. (edited)

Still plenty of stock in Game in Bury, just picked up spider man 2 as a highlight. It seemed like they had some further stock not on the shelves as he replaced my PS4 Lego Star Wars Skywalker Saga for a PS5 version, only a fiver!

As others have said, some stores are getting additional stock so worth checking if they're not out of your way. Also worth checking at the till area as I seen a pile of games that I expected to be dibs'd by staff after seeing some comments but instead got told they just hadn't put them out yet, no idea when they got delivered.

Managed to get both zeldas for a friend which I didn't expect to find lol, I went looking for hogwarts legacy on ps5 but didn't find that but happy I didn't walk away empty handed

If you got damaged cases/torn art work it's worth contacting GAME live chat. They gave me a small amount of credit back for each. Better than nothing.

Spoke to game workers and just bear in mind that game stopped buying pre owned games in February meaning that they wont have any game that came out after February of this year. For example, you will not find a pre-owned copy of dragons dogma 2 (edited)

I don't think this is correct, maybe for certain stores like ones in sports direct. The stand alone ones are still planning to sell games after February like the new AC.
