PRODUCT DETAILS
Achieving even results time after time demands precisely controlled heat, distributed consistently throughout your double oven. Unlike standard double ovens, the SurroundCook oven’s advanced fan technology ensures that every part of your dish is getting exactly the heat it needs.

COOK MORE AT THE SAME TIME AND STILL GET A PERFECT RESULT
The additional heating ring in our oven ensures your dishes are evenly cooked – even when loaded with up to three trays – for corner to corner deliciousness. Sure to make each portion as perfect as the last.

A NATURAL CLEAN WITH STEAM
Cleaning after cooking needn't be a chore. Humidity inside the oven creates steam to loosen otherwise stubborn grease and residue left on its surfaces. So you can achieve a natural clean, effortlessly.

AN AT-A-GLANCE OVERVIEW OF THE STATUS OF YOUR DISH
The timer display provides an at-a-glance overview of the status of your dish. Its clear screen enables you to set an alarm, check directly on the time remaining before your dish is ready and to adjust the timer with accuracy and precision.

A QUICKER WAY TO TOAST AND CRISP
This highly efficient grill takes less time than traditional ovens, and will toast, crisp or brown your dishes to precision.

A CLEAR VIEW ON COOKING
We have carefully placed the lights inside this oven to ensure that you will have a clear view of your dish when cooking.

Looks good, but the capacity is putting me off - only 65 litres

I noticed that. But their largest one is 72L so I'm quite happy to sacrifice 7 litres at this price

Part of Electrolux group, so probably made in their cooker factory in Egypt

AEG are a separate product line and have been for 10 years now. This particular oven is made in Poland but our oven (a different model) is Made in Germany, like our AEG hob too.

Looks as though it’s a plug in also.

I think it could be hardwired hotukdeals.com/dea…439
Just noticed its a different oven. (edited)

Great price for AEG, though 2090 watts is quite low so it will take a bit longer to warm up
  5. BustyB293's avatar
Yes this can be plugged in with a normal plug

This oven looks (physical, dials, symbols) exactly as the Electrolux that came with my new house. Nothing to complain about. We've been using it for 5 years. It's basic but does the job.
    dekspec's avatar
AEG is Electrolux the same company.

How does this compare up to the aeg steambake that's usually on offer ?

If you use steam, then this is more basic. Otherwise, better value.

    No more codes stacking...
In this case,I'm moving to Bosch. More reliable products.

Very good value. Bit worried the symbols around the dial rub off. Happened on my Bosch, on second plate already and rubbing off again. Ridiculous.

I had my Bosch for 15 years and I use my oven a lot! I bake for my business so imagine how much I use it but the numbers are still intact. You must’ve been really unlucky with it

Would have got one if black was on offer

    Thanks for letting us know.

Is it worth paying the extra £34 for the steambake version ?

Looking to buy a new integrated oven but for £60 or so you can get a Bosch Series 2. Isn't that a better deal with more power and more reputable brand?
    aviva's avatar
    Author
I don't really see Bosch as a superior to AEG, and especially not the Series 2 which is made in Turkey.
  13. D_Danso's avatar
Can this be converted to hardwired?
