    Just a heads up, whilst this sounds like a good deal, the customer service with this company is not the best. Not entirely sure where they source their products from but three other people and myself received devices which didn't work or stopped working after a week.

    Thanks for the heads up, did you return under eBay’s Money Back Guarantee? Returns are pretty straightforward in the event that someone did receive a dodgy unit.

    Can't comment on their customer service but I've bought two Amazon Alexa first gen speakers and a Google Home first gen speaker from them with no problem whatsoever. Only thing is the Google came with a non UK plug but easily fixed with an adapter plus they made it clear in the description this was the case. (edited)
