    A perfectly fine bluetooth speaker. The bose is more easily more than 2x the price. Is the bose 2x better than this. No. Pay for other stuff like food, heating and the roof over your head. Sure buy a bose but don't expect it to give you nearly as much value as this little speaker.

    I've had one of these for over 5 years and am more than happy. It's been on multiple holidays and spends the summer in the garden when i'm working outside. Cheap but a great sound for very little money.

    It plays an annoying sound when powering up/down and on Bluetooth connect/disconnect.
    This cannot be disabled

    The noise could probably be better, but I can see the logic in having an audible notification for when the device is turned on/off.

    I've literally just brought the Soundcore 2 Speaker from Amazon Warehouse (used-excellent condition) for £25, if that helps anyone.

    I've had the one posted for around 5 years, amazing speaker! My daughter has that one now to take out with her pals and stuff. (edited)

    Get the SoundCore 2 for £30 (use the tick box voucher). Have a few of the 2s and there brilliant for the price.

    I have one of these, really can't argue for that price. Good little speaker for traveling.

    Obviously don't expect incredible sound quality, but for less than £25 no one can complain.

    If you want better speaker then keep an eye out for UE boom going on sale, but will still be 3x the price of this

    It's strange they're calling this the upgraded version. I have one that looks exactly like the pictures here and a slightly later model which is more rounded and has a waterproof plug over the charging and audio sockets. This one is a very old design, but both of mine are still working brilliantly.
