Yes I got my phone today and well pleased. 100%battery and not a mark on it

What phone was it? I'm super sceptical of these places for some reason!

Very good only one above their lowest grade and states device will have scratches and/or dents…

yep I got a 13 mini from them at that grade and it had multiple scratches and dents that is considered 'wear and tear' but the price didn't reflect that so sent it back (edited)

Well I've decided to take a punt one one for the missus. Doesn't need to be perfect, it's only for her dog walking business.

I'll report back when it lands.

What’s the battery condition like from this place?

They normally advertise minimum of 80% but what you get really depends on luck of the draw according to HUKD comments I’ve seen, some say high 90’s other in the 80’’s.

I'm always a touch sceptical about buying from these places. I looked at their site and it says its a refurbished phone. Does this mean something on the phone has been replaced?

    No
they’ve given it a cat lick and and formatted it.

anyone has experience with them? I find giffgaff has better deals

Well I took a punt and it duly arrived next day as promised.

That's about as good as it gets. They sent the wrong phone and even when I sent photos of it tried to tell me I was wrong. It's also a grade lower than what I expected - the screen has a tiny crack in the corner, scratches I can handle.

Needless to say it's going back and here ends my first and only foray into the bucket used phone sales marketplace.

There are a few good second hand phone sellers. Cheapest_electrical on eBay always gets glowing reviews. Got a 13 pro max and it feels brand new
