Received mine today. Scratches all around the side of the phone - was tempted to keep it as I’d be getting a case which would cover it but set it up and battery is at 83% (lower than my current XR!) so it will be going back. Really disappointed as I read some positive stories on HUKD with giffgaff but suppose that’s the risk you take…

Just received mine heavily deep scratched screen so it will be going back battery life unknown as didn't set up to look

    Edit: battery was 88% (edited)

Mix bag with these sites, I got the 13 pro max good condition for giffgaff and it has no marks or scratches on it. Would think it was new, so for 399 was great buy. also 88% battery and it lasts for 3 days gen use.

Grade A Open box from Cheapest Electrical here for £424.89 with code FRESH20. Should be Excellent condition with 100% battery, worth paying the extra for

Bought two of these from Giffgaff last week - "good" grade.

Both were brilliant quality - one was flawless with 100% battery, the other had a couple of light scratches around the charging port (visible only under the light) with 84% battery.

    Very pleased for the price.

Can you add more than one to the basket? Or does it require two individual orders?

If the battery was 100% I would be all over it

I bought one last week also. 100% Battery and it was pristine. All under the ‘Good’ grade.

It seems to me like a sim isn’t needed, you can just select not required

I just tried to buy twice and it hangs on the payment page… maybe it’s the lack of a sim?

I’ve gone for it! Currently have a 12 mini and the battery life isn’t great. Hoping I notice a difference with this upgrade!

bought this for £819 or something couple years ago… one of the best iphones apple’s made imo

Received mine today. 95% battery health but very scratched and a message popped up about the camera not being genuine. Disappointing but returns appear to be easy enough!

Were you able to submit your return? I can’t seem to do the return online so have used the ask the agent function to see if they can resolve it…
