I'd like to offer a cautionary tale regards these stools, just in case it affords anyone else avoidance of the same grief I had.

I had the pacman stool. The feet wore out on it without me realising, so the metal legs ended up cutting a circle out my vinyl flooring. It'd maybe had a year of average use.
