Very good price for this set, quality items in a good case. I have one of the other sets in the same case but not the impact version and no drill bits. The bits are really handy, perhaps not as good a a dedicated bit for each type of material but worthwhile. For example, for wood, there is no sharp point to go in exactly on the mark but if it doesn't matter that much, you can get near enough not to notice. Nice to just reach for the case, you know what's in it.

Good price with the multi construction bits, they are brilliant.

Not a fan of the impact bits though, my Bosch impact has shredded a few. Prefer DeWalt bits (edited)

Appreciate the comment, regarding the impact bits, probably better than some but time will tell how they perform. I think it's pretty good for the drill bits and the case so the impacts can be replaced if need be, maybe with your DeWalt

New to the home DIY scene needing a good starting set.
How is this compared to the larger bit sets like amazon.co.uk/dp/…c=1

Get this blue one. The quality is much much better.

My neighbor had that green Bosch set, and was having loads of issues drilling holes into his brick walls. I gifted him some of these blue Bosch bits and he had no more problems.

If you ever need other bits, e.g. spade bits for wood, then pick them up from Lidl if they've got them in. The quality of those decent enough, and is not as important for DIYers.
