    Just looking at the hinges on this, they look the same as other Dells we had at work that lasted a few month before starting to break, the screen then comes away from the plastic on the bottom edge. Eventually the screen becomes unusable and/or cannot be closed. This seems to be a common problem and a design fault.

    We had one repaired but the others were claimed to be customer damaged despite the many comments about this online. (edited)

    Good deal, will be a slower than a 15" macbook air for serious tasks like adobe suite but light stuff not much difference and way better screen. Half the price of entry level mac though

    A hideous screen with washed-out colours, DDR4 and the poor quality of the Inspirion range. What's there actually to make a case for buying one here, given that Dell has severely eroded the quality of its laptops over the last few years?
