the xps plus range with the weird keyboard(no gaps between keys) and awful trackpad is a stupid design decision, tired one and wont be buying any laptops with such big design flaws... looks pretty.. but is pretty useless

Good deal but keep in mind this laptop (9320) has lots of bad reviews if you intend to use windows: abysmal touchpad reliability and throttling issues. From what I understood, this problem would be fixed by installing fresh windows. Don't know what the case is with Ubuntu first-hand but I'm aware this laptop's pretty good in terms of compatibility.

I5 is OOS if you click through to the basket the i7 is available. £100 for 10% performance increase and slightly better gpu. Might be worth it to some.

Had this as a work laptop with windows. Wonderful build and nice screen, but touchpad was another world of pain. Always carried a BT mouse.

This would've been perfect for me if the RAM was upgradeable

I'll never get an xps again. I bought a dell xps 9510 back in 2021.(top of the range at the time!).

I've had issues with the mouse pad and wifi, both on windows and ubuntu. Definitely made the wrong choice back then - I should have gone with a lenovo or something.

Good specs but the grey keyboard is enough to put me off.

I liked the look of it but it seems like there is only 2 USB ports and nothing else, really poor for a laptop for this price. That's put me completely off.

Think it is a 'design statement'

    Not that that excuses it.

I have this. It’s good but the keyboard is utter shite as the keys have no spacing between them, so you’ll always end up pressing a key along with another key

Looks a great bit of kit but I’m happy with my surface laptop 3.
