Experience the curve

Spacious, curved and packed full of top screen tech, this monitor is the perfect addition to your gaming setup.

Combining a WQHD horizontal resolution with a Full HD vertical resolution, this 2560 x 1080p monitor’s 21:9 aspect ratio gives you a panoramic experience whether you’re gaming or streaming a movie. Packed full of detail, you’ll enjoy crystal clear gameplay too, and with an incredible 200Hz refresh rate, you’ll enjoy amazingly smooth transitions and not lose any details. The 1ms response time means it’ll keep up with the fastest games.

AMD FreeSync®

FreeSync technology reduces stuttering and screen tearing to deliver a smoother experience. It works by synchronising the monitor and graphics card* refresh rates to give you consistently smooth gameplay down to 30fps.

HDR technology

HDR technology helps produce a more true-to-life experience, producing deeper darks, striking highlights, and vibrant and accurate colours. Better contrast and brightness levels bring any movie, game or photo to life.

Multi-window support

Play a game on your console whilst browsing the internet on your PC, all displayed on the same monitor. This monitor makes multi-tasking easy with the built-in PIP (picture in picture) and PBP (picture by picture) support, which enables you to connect multiple devices simultaneously.

Multiple inputs and built-in speakers

The monitor has 1 x DisplayPort and 2 x HDMI connections as well as 1 x USB. So you can hear all of the action there are built-in speakers or the option of an audio out port to connect headphones.

Can you play ps5 on these wide monitors?
    Hannan_AFC's avatar
You can but you’ll get black bars on either side as the PS5 only allows a standard aspect ratio, not an ultra wide one.

Way too big for 1080p, needs to be at least 1440p tbh (edited)

It’s fine as it’s ultrawide 1080p and that’s what most 29” ones are. The 34” ones are 1440p most of the time and this is 200Hz so you’d want a slightly lower resolution to obtain that.

What's wrong with them? I've had 2 Electric monitors from them as well as an air conditioning unit from Appliances Direct (same company) and never had problems

I’ve had mine for 2 years now, got it for £200, great deal! Solid ultrawide for the money and 1080p is fine for the size, 200hz is so smooth however the monitor doesn’t have the best colours and the settings are very basic

Heat added, but I'm holding out hope that AWD-IT will drop the X= XG30UWHD to same or lower in their deals....

I had an electriq 42" uhd TV and it was rubbish! All yellows looked like they had a dirty tint on them. You know it's bad when you watch the Simpsons and even they look like they have jaundice ! Sent it back after 2 months.

This is coming up as £200, not £169.97. Is there a code or has this expired?
