Love everything but the fingerprint reader. 4 fingerprints max and I have scanned two fingers twice (which worked beautifully on my Sony Xperia 5) but on this rarely gets me in on the first try. Weirdly, once past the lockscreen, it works flawlessly for banking apps/etc...just unlocking is weird. I think I am getting about 20% success rate :/
I have tried a glass screen protector and currently using a "hydrogel" one to make it as thin as possible...no difference.
That said, I did get the finger print scanner working better eventually by scanning my finger at a bit of an angle. Transpires that it's quite difficult to put your thumb on the screen at the exact angle of the scanner when on the move.
Unfortunately I'd already listed the phone on eBay and sold it before I got to that point
COYR
BUT will be more, £499
And they don't increase the prices during the contract.
Would these be likely to get even cheaper once the 7a is unveiled? I don't recall what happened to the 4a price when the 6a was unveiled (edited)
