From the size of it there's no way I could sneak it into the house and pretend it's been there for ages :).I can't seem to find any press on it since they started shipping a few units in China. Is that pillar far enough away to not hit it with your arms? What games support it?

It's very far. I never hit it so far. It's very big very tall and very very heavy lol. I don't really have much time to play with it due to small baby at home. It comes with 13 games but I haven't tried most of them yet. My favourite so far is haunted mansion lol. Support is not that great because there's not many units yet.

All of the core team that wrote and produced Half Life 2, ep1 & ep2 have now left Valve, so even if it eventually gets made it won't be anything like the originals. They should have released it for exclusively for Oculus Rift when they had the chance, they'd have sold millions of the things.

Team Fortress Classic... what an amazing game that is, went on there for the first time in over 10 years the other day can't believe there is still people rinsing out 2fort, still amazingly fun after nearly 20 years

They have shown contempt for the customers that put them where they are for way too long.

They're a profit driven company unfortunately so while they can make money they don't need to release anything new. HL3 is a long running gag but do agree no ep3 a bit of a **** take.

The free bonus mystery game at the moment is Unbox Newbie's Adventure, which unlike most of the other free games seems to be rather good.

I'd say at this price point the standard one is massively better value for money as the GOTY one never sees discounts anything like this much, but is said to have a lot of extra content, guess it depends whether you want best value for money (this) or are willing to pay significantly more for the 'ultimate' edition of the game....

If you want to install storyline mods etc. they tend to include an installer with them.

If you want a great cinematic mod, FakeFactory is superb and has an installer.

Generally, you install materials or mods to - (drive)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Half-Life 2\hl2\custom

You can put .vpk packages (if you come across some) in there as they are and they will work.

Did the voucher expire already?

Love this game, had me balling my eyes out in the first 5 minutes

Ori and the Blind Forest has been one of my favourite games of this generation as it looks beautiful, the soundtrack is superb and the controls are very responsive. it can be challenging to get to grips with although it's not stupidly hard like some games and it is immensely rewarding once you get the feel of the controls and the abilities.

In the beginning were the Words, and the Words made the world.
If you're a gamer, you'll probably really enjoy the hidden bits in this game.

A lot of people try to compare it to Valve's Portal game, but honestly it's not.
It is a first person based on puzzle, and just like Portal it's so much more than the puzzles you're tasked with.

You will enjoy the glitch. You will be enlightened. The Words are everything.

For the price, it's an awesome game that's worth playing even if you never make it to the top of the tower. It's a very rewarding game that will make you think, and not about the puzzles.

You cannot go forward in an absence of space.
