Oooffff, the nasty fresnel lenses, no controllers, no inside out tracking??, super heavy, no hand tracking etc.

I'm not sure why on earth would you pick this over the Quest 3?

Not much of a deal as you need the sensors and controllers if you don't have them already.

Hi the price has been updated and we've reset the deal temp - if members do spot an error on an active listing it would be great if you could drop the community team a message via the report link on the thread description or a thread comment - you can add a message to the report. Thanks all

Think you need to move the decimal point. £4.79 is almost my biting point though

£4.79 hmm that's cheap.. Dunno.. Might wait till it drops

Based off reviews and this being standalone you'll need trackers etc, I wouldn't bother personally.

£479 not £4.79 prob still a good price but thought for a moment I was getting 200 for eBay

Ahh really. Poor timing Amazon. I just bought a Gaming Monitor on offer and I'm not made of money

least its a bit cheaper than Apple, £3500 offering

How does this compare to the Quest 3 for Apps? Meta have a reasonable amount of apps available. Is there an App Store for this. Having/not having Walkabout Mini Golf is an absolute deal breaker.

I don't think the Quests can be beaten for apps, plus you can still use all PC VR games with it too. Quest 3 is also a better headset IMO with much better lenses which really matters.

I have the base stations and controllers, and I still think this is too expensive at this point. Better to save the money for a newer headset now. I would have maybe got it last year at this price.
