    Just returned a 13 mini in excellent condition. 83% battery and marks on the frame . So wouldn't be too optimistic on what you expect to receive.

    Loved everything about the 13 Mini I owned except the battery. I'd gotten used to phones giving more than a days worth of charge but this would run out of juice on a night out.

    I'm using Xs for a few years now and it's still going strong. However, 13 mini is the only one I want next!

    Battery wise, I don't mind it, as I don't use my phone too much and in any case, I always have a power bank with myself

    Currently, my battery is at 77% and I don't feel it like an any kind of an issue, honestly

    Edit: 'Like new' costs as much as £429 and there's no Green colour available (edited)

    It's a really great phone, I don't have it as my main one but every time I pick it up I love the size and in-hand feel. It annoyed me when they discontinued it - seems people say they like small phones then go off and buy small tablets instead... (I can't get on with the Max/Plus size any more, I have the middle one).

    This deal was timed well as my daughters old XS was playing up, ordered her the 13 in good condition 128gb in pink and I’m very impressed, no marks on the screen at all and only as a minor scratch at the charging port, Ive seen reviews on conditions of good and new it would be a bit of a gamble.

    Has anyone returned a phone to GiffGaff and had issues with the return?
    I have sent numerous support tickets to them and phone was delivered back to them 2 weeks ago and tracking says delivered but they keep stating they are investigating but won’t give a refund.

    For those who purchased, did anyone notice what version of iOS these shipped with? I'm after anything under iOS 17, and will only ever have a 13 mini from here on out due to the incredible performance and size (minus the woeful battery.)
