    About time. Matalan have all this stock of cabin luggage that is non-compliant with budget airlines.

    Dimensions comply with large Cabin Bag but very few cabin bags would comply with small under seat bag

    Ryanair is: 55x40x20cm, so these would be no good on no-frills airlines, even if they gave them away for free.

    But usually good for non-budget airlines where weight is the key not the dimensions.

    So not a total loss

    Great price and a good company to deal with if your case gets whacked and you need spares, my wheel got ripped off by the lovely peeps at Manny airport, i emailed IT and they sent me a new wheel, a screwdriver and instructions on how to sort it out, free, within 5 days...I still use the case now 8 years later...

    Congrats pal - good work. You remind me of the guy that was in the queue in front of me with his Mrs, they had 2 cases & when the assistant checked they were just purchasing 1 each he quiped "Yeah but I don't need one & this will be going on ebay when I get home". Oh how we all broke out in hysterical laughter. When I got home I needed a needle & thread to sew up my sides that had split with laughter............

    I just been to Matalan Huddersfield and they said they have no £10 offer on the cabin luggage showing on the image advertised it is only %10 for the one however I couldn't find any luggage for the one for £10 as they said (possibly) sold out so I think it is just waste of time.

    Great deal - heat But deffo check the measurement requirements on Ryan Air/EasyJet/Wizz etc as I believe they are all different and have all changed over the years so depends who you fly with.

    My 2p worth. I have bought IT luggage & always used on long distance flights for more than 10 years. Good cases. No issues so far. Only minor wear & tear.

    As regards to no frill airlines, if they could they rather we travel with no luggage. Perhaps, smaller cabin suitcase for no-frill airlines & these for long haul travel. (edited)

    Horrible staff in that Bedford one (store manager) ,I went earlier to be told that all the ones we have are the ones by the front door which was a choice of two and worst in colour contrast so I didn't bother, it was only when I saw a guy wheeling a grey one around and asked him where he'd found that one and he said upstairs in the luggage section. Went upstairs saw a silver one priced at £59 which was to high to reach so asked for assistance only to be told that that one wasn't in the £10 offer so I left it as I didn't like the other colours although a bigger variety..turned out all small suitcases were in the £10 offer.
