This or CS? I mean the LG oled55CS model, is the C1 better? (edited)

RS were doing £759 on both last weekend if you got a pricebeat. It may go a bit cheaper but not much. If you can get a price match at Currys you can use perksatwork discount. Given some heat but I paid £759 on weekend.

Just missed out on the c1 deal at the weekend. Can someone brainy tell me the difference between this and a CS? Will mainly be used for PS5 and Xbox gaming. Seems a minimal difference as far as my small brain can tell

Not much difference, CS has a C2 processor but the same panel as C1. So CS is slightly better than C1 but minimal difference that probably wouldn't be noticeable

Looks like this has expired now. Gone up to £977.49 before discount. I was holding off because I’m away this week and wouldn’t be able to receive until Saturday Hopefully one of these will come up again soon.

I bought a few weeks ago on a deal. Ebay delivery said next day or so but actual delivery from the company was a week.

I got a C2 48" from Box for £869 with 2.75% TCB last week (but missed the £20 extra off code). It was a 'Good as New' with 5yr warranty.

Amazing tv, I have this as a 65”. Beast it is

I actually find the 65" too small. The jump to the next size up was just too much for me at the time.

My Sony TV packed up last night so I'm looking for a replacement urgently.

Could somebody just clarify one thing before I take the plunge on this one...

On the listing the colour says that it's white. Am I right in thinking that this is the back of the TV only and the bezel around the screen itself is dark grey / silver in colour? (So there's no white visible while viewing)

    Thanks in advance

EDIT: Ignore this. I've actually bought the LB version from Marks Electrical using a company discount code. Slightly more than this but if TCB tracks it will be a little bit cheaper. (edited)

CATCH20 Doesn't work for me at the checkout is there a new code maybe?
    Supergolo's avatar
Just checked and it still works. Have you used this code already? I think there is a limit

Just had this delivered any one having problems getting apps to work
Had this problem first (tv unable to load user agreements) solved that one. Then Internet conection problems. Part solved that through an update. Apps are now displayed but won't work. And it will not update any further just say check network connection (which is conected)

Ps software version is 03.33.25 at the moment. Thanks if anyone has suggestions.

Box and lg a cannot be contacted till Monday. (edited)

Maybe This will help …. factory reset on an LG C1 TV?
Step 1: open the menu. Use the remote to open the menu. ...
Step 2: open 'All settings' Select the option All settings in the list of options and press the OK button. ...
Step 3: navigate to General. Select the options General. ...
Step 4: go to Reset to Initial Settings. Go down until you see the Revert to factory settings option.

also try this … Instead of unplugging your TV just to restart it, all you have to do is press and hold the volume down and power keys simultaneously until the device reboots. This will take about 11-12 seconds. (edited)

Thanks Christopher, I had done factory reset and tried wired and WiFi and hot spot through my phone. Had not tried the reboot but that's not worked either I've just tried changing the DNS to 8.8.8.8. As mentioned when Googled my problem which has sorted it thanks for your reply.

Has anyone had any luck on getting info on the 5 year product protection from Box? I messaged them via eBay and they’ve said it’s provided by LG for the first year and then domestic and general. But even after registering I’ve not had anything saying it’s covered for 5 years.
