I have the MX that’s shaped the same and it’s a very comfortable mouse! I rarely use the extra buttons but just the shape in the hand is really nice!

However be aware the unifying receiver is an absolute con! It’s only unifying with select unifying keyboards and they are all ridiculously expensive compared to their non unifying counterparts (same keyboard just bundled with a mouse)
