YES. I got my too, a black Hex. after buying something else 3 months ago Grrrr. Selling it.
Edited by: "muzzmackay" 27th Jun

Helmet arrived this morning finally. It's not a Bell Stoker though, it is a Giro Hex.

Subscribed Oct/Nov and still no helmet. Fobbed off many times, told a delay due to supplier going into liquidation but that an alternative supply would be available by end of April. Chased May 1st and notified of yet another delay. Thought this would be a cheap way of getting a decent helmet but since they've renewed the subscription at full price in the time I've been waiting for my gift I may as well have just bought it! Will definitely be cancelling subscription as soon as gift is received as they won't give me a straight answer as to whether I am entitled to the gift if I cancel before arrival...

here's what tcb says: Cashback will remain at pending status for a minimum of 3 months, in order to ensure that subscriptions are not cancelled.

I wonder if the Quidco payout is dependent on the DD paying out for the next (full priced) subscription period? Certainly the way it works on the £1.00 for 10 x Radio Times deals.

I was very tempted but there are many bad reviews online about this company and their associate 'Synapse'. The feefo reviews are about the most flattering. It gets a bit scary when you google Synapse.

If you have not received the voucher, please may we ask you to check your spam/junk mail settings as your security filters may not have recognised it.

In the case you have still not received it, please get back to us, so that we can look into this for you.

Amazingly enough, my £5 Amazon voucher has arrived as well!

guys, RESULT! I am very pleased that after badgering them with innumerable calls and whining them almost on a regular basis, I have now been given my voucher code which I used just now. All I will say is persist with them.

They are a JOKE! I called them yesterday and they promised they were going to send it RIGHT NOW. Well checked my mailbox this morning and NOTHING. I am now seeing this a question of principle and will FIGHT until they do send me my voucher. I called them again today and once again, given a new reference number, all my details taken with the promise of a voucher being sent. Oh one more thing- They are going to escalate my already escalated complaint. WHAT A JOKE!!

I have called an umpteen no of times and EACH time they say "we are getting into the bottom of this, we will send you a voucher soon". This has been going on since Dec end and this is 1st of March. Absolutely PATHETIC customer service.

The same here. They are effectively stealing from me, because they promised me an Amazon voucher when I took the subscription, and they haven't sent me anything yet.

Haha, yeah guess it would be these days, they are just about the only British "rock" band under 35 around these days

It's basically an arctic monkeys fanzine.

I remember the days we rushed out to buy NME to see the reviews of the new Beatles albums !!. They used to review them track by track and we would all listen in to the 'Light 'programme on a Sunday night to hear the new single !!! Those days were so exiting musically
Wis the NME would reprint the old 60s ones

Ah... the Lone Groover... from the days when the NME wrote about music, and not haircuts.
Nostalgia's not what it was, sadly.

i won't buy it until the lone groover returns... (me? old?)
