Looks like these types of drills are being phased out and replaced with cordless ones and brushless. I think?

I'm a Makita fan and for battery operated tools I'm invested in the Makita ecosystem but honestly this isn't a good deal.

It's only 800w and only delivers 2.4 Joules of impact energy.

The Titan SDS drill below is 1500w and delivers 8 Joules of impact energy, and for £50 less, it also comes with a 22 piece accessory kit.

I used that Titan SDS drill and the chisels extensively for the past month to remove some concrete and postcrete and whilst it did the job it was pretty rough going. I can't imagine how long it would have taken if it only had 2.4j of energy rather than 8j. This would still be good for drilling through brick etc but if you ever intend to use the chisel function I'd look at more powerful options.

Use the right tool for the right job, this is perfectly powered for the jobs it is intended to be used for, it is not the right tool for breaking up concrete.

I have this and it fits any sds+ (plus) bits. I have found that my Dewalt sds plus chisels are much better quality than that of matika's and usually a lot cheaper.
