About this deal

This Guild (SDS) Self Direct System Plus Rotary Hammer Drill is high powered, durable and ideal for heavy duty masonry projects. With a 1000W output, it's specifically designed for large diameter drilling and chiselling into masonry and concrete. You can easily switch between 3 modes to get the job done. There's a rotary only function for light drilling tasks, a hammer drilling setting for heavy duty drilling into stone or concrete. There's also a chiselling mode for chipping away material (like removing plaster from a brick wall).

The drill comes equipped with accessories to help you achieve a wide range of jobs. Includes a point chisel (14x250mm), a flat chisel (14x250mm), 3 SDS drill bits (8/10/12x150mm).

There's a removeable auxiliary handle for greater control and stability, an adjustable depth gauge to ensure you get the perfect depth and a dust cover. The drill has a soft-grip handle for comfortable use and you can pack it away in the strong, plastic carry case that's included.

Guild power tools are built to last and come with a 2-year guarantee. So, whether you're using a drill to put up a shelf or using a mitre saw to cut decking, you know with guild power tools, the products are built to last. Guild - for a job well done.

I purchased the Lidl Parkside one this weekend for £45 - three year warranty and I was impressed with the power and quality

I find often Guild to be a small step up in quality over "Parkside" stuff. £45 is decent for a basic chisel action SDS.
