Stay away from this company as their customer service can be dreadful. If you go to Trust Pilot, on first impressions they don't appear too bad but if you read the bad reviews you get a taste of what might come your way. My experience a few years ago was very negative. I had bought a fridge freezer that broke after a year and a half and when I contacted them about it, their approach appeared to be to be as rude as possible so I would go away. I was going to take them to small claims court but they were intimidating, phoning and leaving me aggressive messages so that I had to ask them only to contact me in writing and not to leave phone messages. My feeling is that they are a fairly small company and they have no overheads so they don't want the hassle of having to deal with goods that are faulty later down the line. If all goes to plan, they are fine. If you have a problem later, they don't want to know.
8gk are too loud don’t bother
It says free delivery for me to the ground floor, 2 man delivery is £29.99 Depends on where you live as well, it says *Please note: charges may apply to some outlying areas
£29.99 delivery charge gets sneaked in even though it states free delivery
Cheap, though described by which magazine as "far and away one of the worst tv's of the year". Though what do they know?
Hd ready, whats the point
Who cares it's a £200 washing machine
What are these going to be like for spares and repairs in a few years?
And great value Tvs
Hisense: a brand is never heard of until they became the sponsor of a football tournament. Now producing washing machines 🐽
What does that mean in terms of actual cost? It's a shame it's a B as i am really tempted on getting this.
Energy Rating: B
unless im missing something i think this deal has expired, was going to buy aswell.
Arrr ye. Thanks
10% off at checkout, you have to untick some boxes as well, the 2 boxes are auto ticked
Am I missing something. The hisense is showing as £247.08p
Did it say in that review if this is HDMI 2 :/
Wow , that was a good one ... read below if you dont complain about your wasted precious time ,which would have used to cirisice others. Though I posted a deal for others benefit , still wanted to warn everyone about their customer care terms. That shows that i dont anyone else to get that feel. As new ones have discount codes applied and it almost comes close to ex-disp one price. So my friend was not happy. As for the delivery he waited for long and again he cant wait ,since he is struggling without one at home . Well why do i explain all these for such a joker ?
My friend bought an ex demo car in 2016, later they were selling the new car for cheaper. I asked them to give me a match on the price but they didn't. So I have been randomly posting on car related posts ever since to waste your time reading this.
My friend bought a ex display washre dryer 20% cheaper than original. And before getting it delivered , price of the original one went down , So my friend tried to talk to them saying ,"should it not be 20% of the original item as adviced on your site ?" . They said they cant honour it and should be paying same amount . if it was original they might have matched the price ... that is what they said. Well , personally I beleive it would have been nice they honour as its not even delivered.
Excellent customer service/delivery from this company too! Used them myself recently.
i know, would be better value if it was a washer dryer
Decent machine but stupid price!
2 yr guarantee is a no-no for me .
I'm no expert but I've always kept them separate as I don't like the idea of combining two heavy-duty devices into the same unit, large heating coils and water are not an ideal combination. Personally we live in an old (read plenty of healthy airflow) house so we always dry indoors or line dry unless it's urgent. (y)
Thanks everyone for commenting, I will go for high end products , like grundig, samsing, lg with 5 yr guarantee.. :/
Would never use another Hotpoint appliance. Washer died 11 months in, died again 2 months later and they were totally uninterested in repairing and just wanted to sell me another appliance. Really poor product quality steer well clear.
thanks Roger, can you share your experience of the washer dryer concept. some reviews say it does not dry as good, or you have have a few goes to get it dry. doesn't sound economical in that case, but it is mixed reviews. not necessairyly this model, just about the washer dryer idea.
You were lucky.
I think it has expired. It was showing something similar to this when I bought it just now
I can't find how to apply 10% discount. How did you do?
Ah bugger. It was automatically added for mine :/
Jon Lewis also doing it for £299 now. https://www.johnlewis.com/dyson-v8-absolute-cordless-vacuum-cleaner/p2684022
John Lewis don't sell this hob.
Cheaper with Jon Lewis after the £75 cashback..
How are these fixed zoned hobs compared to the "flexizone" models? Are they worth the extra premium?
It's the HUKD "You could buy a (insert irrelevant item) here for this money" brigade.
I don't know how this has gone as cold as it has like
are they any good?
Tempting. But it will be months b4 I fit the kitchen 🤔 Does range do hobs? Hot!
Feel free to post cheaper price.
170 for it, way to expensive... cold...
tcb is 1.57% for range.
Bought a hoover dishwasher to replace a freebie Beko we got off a relative a couple of years back. Must admit I'm rather disappointed. I wasn't expecting Bosch build quality or performance but expected no worse than the Beko.
Note the was
He said on checkout ?
Discount was automatically applied at checkout. Offer is still available with code: RPDC2017
£289.99 when i checked out
Just ordered thank you! What a price for a lot of fridge freezer.
Hotpoint have already identified the models that could have had a design fault that started the blaze. They have stated:- "Hotpoint has urged owners of its fridge-freezers to check their model numbers for safety reasons after one was identified as the initial cause of the Grenfell Tower fire. A spokesman said Hotpoint was working with the authorities after its FF175BP model was found to have started the devastating blaze last week. He urged consumers who believe they own that model or the FF175BG to contact the company on a freephone hotline or visit the website to register their details."
Must say, that's a superb deal was looking for something exactly this size, but Currys and AO were asking for at least £150 more after their Black Friday discount. Thanks for posting this. Regards.
Toxic brand. If they find out this appliance catches fire they will cover it up for years.
Hmm sub £300 would be sweet! Is Hotpoint clear now? Because before they known to start fires. Washing machines, tumble dryers, fridges you name it!
That is a good price
Arrived, and it was the model I ordered (which I guess I can't complain about!) :p Also confirmation on invoice email that I can claim the £50 cashback. So paid £355 in the end. Boom.
Interesting... I received no such call but will see what turns up! Arriving this afternoon. Was that no cashback because you ultimately ended up with a different product? Thanks @cabidgeX
Just had a call from AO.com and they have no stock for series 6 so as a good will they will upgrade to series 8. Others might get the same option as well. No £50 cashback :D
Thanks OP. Price matched at AO, very pleased.
I have just scrapped one of these machines after having had it for four years and don't listen to the reviews they are good workhorses. The machine I scrapped was still under warranty and the only reason I scrapped it was because I have four kids and couldn't bear the thought of a week without washer while I waited for them to come out and fix it, the warranty is really good and the customer service staff really helpful and I wouldn't hesitate buying one of their machines again
Reviews look awful and if it leaks that's more than the saving is worth imho
6kg is pretty small these days
Good price must mostly bad reviews Gorenje reviews . One of the five star reviews has no reviews name. Others have only posted the one review...draw your own conclusions.
I tweeted at Belling and they said 'stock needs replenishing' and when i asked about their cashback deadline they went silent...
that sucks, I got mine from the coop when they had stock and the cashback has been paid.
BTW, I'm still waiting for mine from Mark's Electric - convenient I would imagine they will try and deliver after Jan, as you have to submit cashback claim before the end of this month... as bubbles said, these guys are jokers - took my money and nothing and already into January... will wait to see if they deliver on 12th as they are saying, cancelling if not.
Got delivery a while ago. From Curry's. Next day delivery.
Forgot to mention, Curry's and cooperative have stock but both cost more. Bought from Curry's as cheaper than cooperative. Very pleased with performance of model and very quick too. Very even seeing and towels etc are very soft and fluffy. Very pleased with purchase but was from another seller and not this deal. Got next day delivery
DO NO BUY from these people , they take your money , but dont have the product , they took my money from my bank on 23rd sept, but didnt have the tumble dryer in stock,i sent an email to ask about it , they sent an email to say it would be at there warehouse on the 5th oct today, i asked when i would be getting it , they sent another email to say it wasnt in there warehouse until the 9th oct , i rang them they said they cant give a date , messers , selling something they havnt got , DO NOT BUY (mad)
Still waiting :/
Sorry to hear that, have you conatcted them and receieved any response?
(flirt) I ordered this tumble dryer on the 23rd sept , the money was taken from my bank account , but i still have not received it , has any one else had any trouble with this company (annoyed)
They are based in Leicester, sponsored the family stand at the King Power stadium with a decent sized shop and a good web presence, great customer service. Tumble dryer however is not so great. I was given one as a replacement following the product recall which had never given any problems. This is used and installed the same but the thermal cut out is set too low, I've had to reset it numerous times. First time I called the engineer out he said let it run for an hour and do not interrupt the cycle - seems like a load of BS to cover up a design fault - not eco friendly, since then I've reset it myself. So, Heat for Mark's, Cold for the Tumble dryer.
It's the same washing machine as the below links from multiple retailers, not sure when exactly it was launched but believe is 2017 model. Has decent reviews and went out of stock at Co-op Electrical at a higher price point yesterday. http://ao.com/product/ww90j5456mw-samsung-ww5000-ecobubble-washing-machine-white-46319-1.aspx http://www.argos.co.uk/product/7471890 http://www.very.co.uk/samsung-ww90j5456mw-9kgnbspload-1400-spin-washing-machine-with-ecobubbletradenbsptechnology-white/1600174990.prd https://electrical.coop.co.uk/laundry/washing-machines/freestanding/samsung-ww90j5456mw-eu-a-9kg-1400-spin-washing-machine-in-white-sam-wsh-ww90j5456mw-w/
Can anyone confirm if this is old stock?
Excellent price for a reliable company. Heat added.
Heat added (y)
