It is actually a close call, every single review I've seen says the same. It's personal preference whether you prioritise ray tracing and low power consumption (4070) or vram and rendering (7800xt)

To suggest there's an absolute clear better card doesn't agree with any of the literal dozens of reviews I've watched.
