This extra wide version for £8 is great for things like quesadillas. It says for pancakes but you're supposed to use the pan, and then possibly clean the floor.

It must just be me but I find these a bit rubbish. Too much thickness and a lot of give in the middle to flip things and the plastic handle is full of slits where I have left it on the pan for a few seconds and it’s melted.

I have a small pan for frying a couple of eggs, and this will be perfect for that, but I won't be using it on a larger pan.
