I got this style of bracket recently for a 85" tv but as my studs are not perfectly centred on the wall i had to mount it slightly off to the side. The issue is this type of bracket doesn't really allow for much lateral positioning of the tv, only really in and out, so to have the TV in the centre of the wall, I can't also have it close to the wall, it sticks off the wall about 16".

A single arm style doesn't have this problem typically, since you can fold 3 different length supports on hinges different ways to acheive ideal positioning.

Also, this bracket has a very small looking wall plate-- i guess about 300mm from the pictures. Surely not ? even if it's 400mm this is still possibly short of some stud walls with 600mm stud layout. This unit is more suited for brick or stone i would suggest (edited)

Wall plate is 352 x 177mm & the fixing holes a max of 250m apart. So definitely solid walls only.

Looks good being able to move away from the wall to make/change connections without having to lift the TV off the wall. I've recently bought a 65" so have ordered to give it a try as I have solid walls.

Arrived today & seems reasonably well made, at least in the box!

Manual looks decent & in English, unlike the "Guess what this picture means?" single sheet you often get with budget products. All parts are present with a decent selection of M4, M6 & M8 bolts in two different lengths, together with a number of different sized spacers to allow for curved back TVs. Even has a spirit level & a few Velcro cable ties.

As mentioned above, the maximum spacing for wall fixings is 250mm.
