    On a previous deal the ones graded 'good' were turning up in better condition than the 'like new' for some reason! I've had good experiences with them so far.

    Admittedly there was one order where they sent totally the wrong phone, but the phone they sent me was worth more than the one ordered, so I didn't mind.

    Great price has anyone had experience with this phone . Everyone online seems to go on about the Exynos Vs Snapdragon variants of this phone ...is Exynos really that bad ? Surely not a huge difference .thanks

    Yip,got this phone coldo,bought through my scheme at work.Its a good phone, especially Camera.I have had a lot of phones,would I buy it at full price? No,just there are other phones out there which pretty much do similar for less price.Updates have been very good.If you get it at that price and is in great condition go for it.Always worth looking at renewed from Amazon as well.Performance wise,not a lot of difference from this and Samsung A52s I had.No expert but seemed to do general tasks just as fast.Hope this helps

    I've not bought a Samsung from giffgaff but have bought a Good condition iphone 12 mini and an Xperia 1 iv and both arrived brand new with 100% battery health. Very happy with both.

    I wont be touching Giff Gaff used phones after the recent Iphone mini deal and them sending out blocked phones and phones with dodgy screens

    My iPhone 12 mini is neither blocked nor appears to have a dodgy screen. It does however appear to be brand new with 100% battery health!
    They've got a super simple and free returns policy so if it doesn't meet your expectations, return it! (edited)

    Received my phone yesterday, perfect condition. Ran a test on the Samsung members app and no issues found.

    Great phone for a high end Samsung phone with 3 years+ of updates.
