Promoter: Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited. UK and ROI residents 18+ only. The Disney+ 12-month subscription offer is open to participants who purchase and activate a new eligible Galaxy S23 family device.
Participant must have a Samsung account and provide details and all other required information into their Samsung account to access the offer on samsung.com/uk/boost in UK or samsung.com/ie/boost . The 12-month offer is valid from 01 September 2023 up to and including 31 January 2024 (by 23:59 GMT).
Once a claim is successfully verified by the Promoter, the Participant shall then receive the Disney+ Code. The Disney+ code shall be available for redemption until 1 April 2024 (by 23:59 BST). The code is a one-off, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or used for resale. The offer is available to new and returning Disney+ users (users without an active Disney+ subscription).
A valid debit or credit card is required, and by redeeming the code participants will be entering into a monthly subscription. Participants can cancel their subscription at any time before the end of the 12-month subscription and not be charged.

Reason for return - I checked from the IMEI and it was imported from Brazil which means no Samsung UK warranty and also, the 2nd SIM slot wasn't working at all.
Glad that there was a return period, otherwise it would have been a nightmare. Beware of these cheap and attractive deals as you might experience something similar.
