It's not cheap, this is a budget model Seiko. Not seen these for sale in the UK if they are there imports. Just a standard quartz in these. (edited)

Awesome deal but can anyone help me workout how to pay!? I have created an account with Amazon, ordered it then sent an email with lots of payment options (such as go to a local Japanese 7-Eleven!).

I got the option to add a credit card in the payments screen, then subsequently use that card to pay in GBP in YEN - you should have had this too. Try logging back in and adding a payment method, ideally a fee free card.

Tried to order this watch, did anyone else have their new .jp account put on hold, using Monzo card registered to me and same shipping/billing details so this makes zero sense:

Very nice looking. I started wearing a smart watch about 6 months ago, Samsung Watch5 and I'm struggling to use any of my 'dumb' watches I've collected over the years. It's just so convenient to have a smart watch! I'm thinking of selling them and keeping maybe a couple of dress watches for special occasions - anybody else have this first world problem?

I had a smartwatch for a few years and wore it pretty much exclusively in that time, then one day I put on a "dumb" watch and was amazed how much better it wore, and how much I liked the look of it. That was about a year ago and I've no desire to go back to a smartwatch, sure they're hugely convenient but I always have my phone on me anyway, and the amount of compliments my analogue watches get shows that people notice. There's an old school cool nature about them, and if I see someone wearing a smartwatch now I just think "you'd look so much better with something classy".

I can't comment on the delivery but to your other point. You need a new account per country so you wouldn't be able to use a UK Prime membership with a JPN account for example. (edited)
