Being using this for a number of years found after a week or so the car would get covered in dust as though it was sticky applied neat originally then realised you can dilute 50/50 still same results. So running low decided to try Turtle wax (wax & shine) as it was £4.63 - Halfords applied exactly the same way does exactly the same plus I notice I don't get the dust covering after a week or so when compared to Sonax so I know where I'll be spending my money.

I've used this for a few years to but haven't had this residue issue... I apply it after a wash as a drying aid so might be what's working for me? I guess that's watering it down slightly.
I have also used the Turtle wax one that your talking about and had just as good results to, both are good products

Thought detailers were used with a clay bar, otherwise a wash and wax would do, the TW ceramic 3 in 1 detailer is my fave.
I don’t get the ‘slightly soiled’ in the description, that sounds like it’s for paint that’s a bit dirty, and simply needs a wash as opposed to road film and oxidisation that won’t wash off, isn’t that what detailers are really designed for.

This is pretty good stuff, I use it as a clay bar lubricant and also for the odd touch-up (i.e. removing bird crap)
