    I have the Beam Gen 2 and Sub-mini and think it sounds great but others say there’s better systems for similar/ less that come with the bar and mini (+ rears in some cases). You do obviously pay a bit extra for the Sonos name but I can’t fault the setup I have. The Beam Gen 2 on its own may lack the bass that the sub-mini adds but I can’t comment as I’ve always had the two together. Obviously the Arc has better base, is bigger so bigger sound stage and true Dolby Atmos with upfiring speakers

    The size of your room will affect the choice too as the Arc may be overkill
