Sonos seem to have finally sorted the Alexa voice assistant on these now, so it doesn’t do the equivalent of a Gallic shrug when you ask it to do something.

Not as good as the 40% offer either, if you’re rubbing it in. (edited)

Same price directly through Sonos if you are blue light card holder

Are these worth the extra to upgrade from a play one?

Depends. For rears definitely not. For a single one maybe as they do have dual woofers vs a mono setup. They are also quite a bit bigger and I think seem less durable. Bluetooth and line in via usb c is useful in some cases too.

Recently bought the beam 2 and voice enhancement seemed to work at first but doesn't seem to do anything now has anyone on here experienced that.

Try removing voice assistant and then re-adding it?
