Introducing the Sony WF-C500 Truly Wireless Headphones. These earphones are smaller than ever for a more comfortable fit, with specially designed earbuds in a lightweight, smooth rounded shape. This makes them feel secure and snug, so you can concentrate on what's important – your music!

Customisable Sound
DSEE technology provides a high-quality sound experience. You can even customise the sound to suit your preferences using the Equaliser in the Sony Headphones Connect app. Featuring a reliable, stable Bluetooth connection, the sound is transmitted to both ears simultaneously, and the low audio latency makes for pleasurable viewing too. Both Fast Pair for Android and Swift Pair for Windows 10 are included, so you can quickly and easily connect these earphones to your Bluetooth devices.

Long-Lasting Charge
With these Bluetooth earbuds, a single charge will deliver up to 10 hours of battery power, plus the charging case delivers 10 hours more. This gives you up to 20 hours of battery life every time you leave the house! In a hurry? A quick 10-minute charge will provide up to 60 minutes of playback.

Limitless Audio – at Any Time
The WF-C500 wireless headphones with microphone are IPX4-rated splash resistant too, so neither sweat nor rain can slow you down!

No stock in the whole of Greater Manchester.

I got a pair in Currys using their price match. As long as there's stock showing in one Smyths store they'll accept the same price.

Bought these at 29.99 2 years ago and although there's no ANC they are by far the best earbuds I have had, I even prefer them over my jabra elite sport earbuds which cost me £180 (edited)

How these compared to OPPO Enco Free2 ?
If anyone has experience or other knowleadge ?

lemme to be truthful to you. got them (Sony WF-C500) on Saturday and they're the best tws buds I've so far. yes, I boast of these in my collection; Cambridge Audio melomania 1+, soundcore liberty air 2 pro, soundcore liberty air 2, nord buds and many other cheaper alternatives. I'll 100% recommend 💯. as I typed this, they're in my ear canals. hard for me to put them down whilst out and about. (edited)

These apparently won T3's 2022 award for the best cheap wireless earbuds. They were £89 when they came out. Hardly cheap in my world, but compared to the Sony WF-1000xm4's, which were £250 new, I suppose it's all relative.

    No ANC though. (edited)

Is this has better quality sound than the AirPods or beats ?

    Actually not better similar!! (edited)

though I don't have a pair, but from Sony headphones experience. it depends on what you are looking for, if these not having ANC isn't a deal breaker for you, they're equal match to any other premium tws buds. It's subjective though.

I had a set of these, they were absolutely fantastic… for the three days that they worked. They just suddenly lost the ability to sync correctly and I tried everything but couldn’t get them connected again. Apparently it’s not an uncommon problem with these.

    yes, especially in leeds

got mine for £59 from amazon, so at this price - if you can get them - bargain!
I'm very happy with the sound quality and the fact that they don't come out of my ear as eassily as other models

Had a pair for a year or so. Paid £50 at Argos. Would recommend, I like mine a lot. For the price, I don't think you can get better.

I'll also add these are pretty sturdy. I am really rough with earphones, and listen every day for about 5 hours while working and then walking the dog. That these have lasted over a year is kinda amazing. (edited)

I've had many different tws earphones but these are still working and sound good. I guess it's Sony quality. Should I buy another pair? Jeez...

I know how you feel. Prepping for the day you may need them.
I've got a backlog of unused tech and an unhealthy lifestyle. I reckon I'll wear out long before my tech.

I got these for my birthday last year on the recommendation of a friend, had them for nearly a year now and I still really like them. Battery seems pretty good but I have nothing to compare them to.

Without ANC, these are about right..
    Glasshalfsmashed58's avatar
Not really. Sound quality should be the main focus and if they get somewhere close to the calibre of a £250 pair, this offer price is decent. ANC without decent sound quality is just an expensive pair of ear plugs. (edited)

Gutted I missed the deal price. Lost one of my ear buds today and might still purchase these, any idea if they will be suitable for the gym? I’m aware they don’t have ANC, my gym often has loud music playing so want to be able to drown that out, maybe I can just get these and crank up the volume
    jujuzeez's avatar
I don't do gym but without anc they're superb. they don't leak sound and the sound quality alone will make u forget they don't have anc. I've liberty air 2 pro with anc and I can't tell the difference between the two. that's how magnificent they sound even without anc.
