This is supposedly better than the more expensive Viltrox 56MM/F1.4 lens.
    dlo247's avatar
I have both but the 1.4 is better, at least mine

Anyone has experience with one of these on Fuji? (edited)

Yes, a tidy little lens at a good price. Not perfect nor mind blowing either but decent for travel and hobbyists on a budget.

    What brand?

Looks like a good sharp lens for the price. f/1.7 sounds good, but as far as background blur/bokeh goes it's only the equivalent of a f/2.5 lens on full frame. It's still tempting though at that price. The only thing that's putting me off is the potential for Viltrox to release a f/1.2 Pro version soon. (edited)

Great deal. Worth pointing out that there’s no manual aperture ring on this lens though

I think an aperture ring would be a miracle at this price for an autofocus lens.

Good price so I am going to try it out. Interested to see how it compares to my XC 35 F2 since I've been very happy with that as a budget prime.

Why does the title have "USB-C Port"?🤷🏼‍♂️

Look at pic 5. There's a usb C port in the lens for updating the firmware. I've got a TT Artisans Fuji lens with the same.
