..to make basket over £100 for code to be applicable

Seems to be the best price new I can find atm, recently tried the opened box option which was obviously used and already had stick drift, probably obvious but thought I’d try my luck. Hoping buying new has better chances of being faultless!

Candle for £1.75 if you prefer

I bought it when it was £79.99 and I haven't experienced any issues so far. I use it with Bluetooth and Microsoft Xbox adapter.

These have awful build quality. I wouldn't buy one at half the price.

    You would though, wouldn't you

had to return 2 of the black ones for unresponsive face buttons, apparently a widespread issue, really annoying as its a beautiful controller

Obviously it’s not the cheapest it’s been so maybe better off waiting if can, but at least you know you can get a good 2 year guarantee and service from John Lewis,

    Hope this helps anyone

Yes, it's the 2 year guarantee that makes this one stand out for me.i went with the £2 candle. Then, I added the £15 scuf paddles from amazon. Could /should have maybe waited for a better deal, but I needed it now. (edited)

Ehrm do I get a dongle so I could use this luxurious controller with a PC

I think it's standard Bluetooth. Assuming it's the elite controller 2

Bought one from Amazon a while back and paid £15 for three year warranty.

Hoping that if they are so bad then it will definitely break by then and I can get a replacement

I've been looking on amazon lots. They had the black one for 116 ish recently, but it's odd that for some things, you get offered insurance for others you don't. Not sure why.

If you are in the market for a pro controller at a cheaper price point you’re better off with a GameSir G7, it’s cheaper and has mechanical face buttons, sure it’s wired but if u get the SE version you get Hall effect sticks (minus the mechanical buttons unfortunately 😞 )
