As a casual fighting game-enjoyer, I highly recommend this stick for the money. It's my first fight stick.

I've customised mine with a "Sanwa JLF-TPRG-8BYT-SK Silent Arcade Joystick - Version B" from ArcadeWorldUK's website (easily googleable).

An Octagonal/8-way gate is a must to make special moves easier. (I got a "GT-Y Octagonal Gate For Sanwa JLF Series").

Wireless performance of this stick on PC is excellent for me and its cross-compatibility with Xbox is a bonus.

I'm gonna replace the buttons in the future with the new type of Sanwa Silents ("Sanwa OBSFE-30 Silent Snap In Arcade Button"), but I'm holding out on a broader colour selection to go with the theme I have in mind.

Noticed this in my buy later on amazon but I don't play the fighting games as much anymore.

I don't use mine for fighting games that much, it's just all the retro Pixel games I have a lot of thing's like the Namco Collection, Cowabunga Collection and SEGA Ages, Street Fighter Collecion...such a blast. I know I could do it all cheaper elsewhere but for me this is it.
