Good Morning community! Does anyone have any experience on how the photos quality of this is compared to a budget camera like Canon EOS 2000D?

crud - anything with a nice big glass lens takes much better pictures. Camera phones and digital processing are brilliant, I rarely use my (canon) DSLR now, but my 70-200 lens (even with a 2x) will take much better pics of wildlife than a dodgy digital zoom interpolation

These Dimensity chips are pretty good. The difference between my Note 10 pro and Note 11 pro + was marked.
Mediatek chips are no longer just for budget phones.

This seems better in every respect compared to your Poco gsmarena.com/com…954, except in the battery endurance department - you can also compare photo & video samples lower down the link
As you can see from the comparison, the 11 Pro would be a downgrade over the Poco, so I wouldn't consider it at all. (edited)

I went for the Xiaomi 12 in the last hotukdeals, but I wonder if this one is better option. I specially interested in the camera. Any thoughts on this, please?

If you mean the secondhand one for £254 hotukdeals.com/dea…906, then that is better in almost every way gsmarena.com/com…954 - except... smaller in size, no IP-rating, no 3.5mm jack, less than ideal virtual proximity sensor & slightly smaller battery capacity being the main 'downsides' over this 12 Pro+.
Can't go wrong for the price you paid, unless you find it has some glaring faults like a knackered battery, glitching software/UI or plagued with virtual proximity sensor issues (not uncommon).

, thank you & corrected (edited)

Thank you so much. So many exceptions. Still waiting for 12T or 12T pro to go down in amazon prime or Xiaomi sales, but still not even sure. It is still in the box. Basically for the wife, selfies and photos

Did it come brand new & sealed? Has she tried it?
It depends what she needs... if she doesn't mind the smaller size, lack of 3.5mm jack, etc & it doesn't have any glaring faults with cameras working as expected & reasonably good quality pics, then it's all good

Good Morning Excellent reduction in price, certainly puts mi to shame. Well spotted. Plenty of heat for this deal and all the others you have posted this morning. Hope Wilko is not going out of business, lot of rumours around! 🔥🔥

Does this have the best camera available at this price point in Xiaomi phones at the moment??

Standard 12T is very similar price wise to this phone, it's probably best to check a side by side photo test before making a decision (edited)
