Have identical one of these under another brand name over the back door. £30 from Amazon in 2019. Keeps the incessant winter rain off the woodwork. You can't see it from the photo but the transparent material is the same type of twin walled polycarbonate as plastic panelled greenhouses have, comprising a lot of hollow pipes.

These will gradually fill with water and moss that's uncleanable. I'm thinking of getting new sheets for mine.
