I wouldn't bother with one of these mini photo/sticker/thermal type printers. There a bit of a gimmick/novelty really. They are usually very expensive to run per print (compared to normal inkjet/laser printers), with a low number of prints per refill/cartridge. Some thermal prints also fade over time. Your better off just buying a cheap £30-£50 inkjet (canon,Epson, hp,brother etc) with the cheapest refills vs capacity you can get.

I think that part of the idea of this is that you can take it out with you, say you go to a party you could take a picture of you and your friends and give out a copy to them there and then on the spot. It could also be good for travelling as well. Of course for home use a cheap ink jet is a far superior option but this printer is more like a fun novelty gadget really.

A good price but the novelty soon wears off

I have a Polaroid Branded version of this and colour reproduction changed from paper to paper and I can't figure out how to get consistent colour accurate prints easily.

Still remember picking up the mini sprocket for £9.99 here (amazon glitch). Used it twice but decent for the price.

Look at these occasionally and the cheap poloroid type cameras but then remember the Freeprints app and just pay postage for some printed pics.

any good cheap photo paper available for this?
Don't want to spend a fortune on it, but I expect if I don't, this is not for me
