Average wear and tear acceptable
Not have significant damage (this does not include mild cosmetic damage or fair wear and tear such as light scratches)
Significant damage will include (among other things) ... deep scratches or dents ....
My guess would be that if you can only see the scratch when the phone is off then you'll be fine. I can see they have a process where they can offer you a 'reduced' price, so I imagine worst case you'll get something a bit lower than the full working price but still significantly more than the 'faulty' price.
Also the have say my oneplus 8 is worth (up to!) 140 is that incuding the extra £100? (edited)
Not sure about clear case but most attractive are Caseology Parallax cases on Amazon at £16.99.
Also is there still enough time to process the trade in? It says claim to be made by 27th Dec, so I assume you have to register your details by then and still have time to post the old phone?
