sorted byThere is that deal via Virgin wines. Get a trio, just pay postage. Facial, body and shampoo bar.
There appears to be some satisfied customers here and the UK is still just about a free country so buyer beware. Just dont expect too much ...and dont get sucked into the 'special extra offer' they inject just before you get the checkout.
(...and yes I even wrote to Grim to voice my disquiet but Customer Services must still be working from home or on Holiday)
Even the company know it's not worth this as they offer this £3.95 (delivered) deal via some partner at least 360 days a year.
Maybe the company has insider knowledge of an impending shampoo famine of winter 2023 that might deem the "worth" price reasonable.
Then I received the email receipt, and it showed I paid the FULL PRICE of the bundle + discounted mist. I also checked credit card and I was charged in full. Really misleading as the checkout process didn't show this, it showed £5.94.
I've emailed them tonight because I am proper annoyed and angry with their process, and I've indicated I either want my discount refunded, or I'm returning the lot and want my money back.
