    Anybody tried the Egyptian gift cards? I noticed them online and wanted to know how they work. Do you have to have VPN constantly set to Egypt or just for setting up?

    That's what I use, no problems so far. 12 months for £14.

    You only need the VPN for the initial set up (I used a free Egypt VPN from the Google Play Store) - set up an account using the VPN, redeem the code you've purchased, and voila! You can now use it without being on the VPN.

    To start off with, you'll be recommended all the latest Arabic hits, but once you've listened to your own tunes for a while, the recommendations will reflect your tastes (which may well be the latest Arabic hits!)

    Tip: If you use gmail, you can sign up with your normal emails with '+egypt' at the end. For example
    youremail+egypt@gmail.com
    . Makes it easy to remember, and all the emails will come to you normal email account.

    I did this when I heard about the price hike. These still valid I take it then? Sadly not stackable though.

    I bought 2 previously and you can stack them after 6 months so that you have a total of 18 months remaining.

    “If you bought your gift card from a retail store, it needs to be activated by the cashier. Our codes are alphanumeric characters - capitalized alphabets, numbers, or a combination of both. You can only stack 18 months of Premium time on your account.“

    2-nd year I am getting 3 months free offers(PayPal, Viber, Spotify themselves) and never paid a penny for Spotify.
    Also, have patched app on Android for free, so why pay?

    It's always this price, you can get the digital gift card as well if it's for you so you don't have to wait for delivery, also available via PayPal (just google it!)

    But it's an even better deal now because of the recent price increase and the included audiobooks.
