I literally can't afford KFC, I buy ADLI chicken and do it myself instead I can do my own "Family Bucket" for 3.99 with fries and gravy.
    jg213's avatar
3.99 for all that? Or is that the price for the pack of chicken?

Worth adding this offer is valid for delivery orders as well (KFC app only), slightly higher price thou.

Can this offer only be used once?
    blueeyes's avatar
You can use it multiple times

no more £5.99 9 piece bucket, they lost me as a customer now.
    jayzone1998's avatar
That's never coming back at that price for sure. 6.99 if your lucky or more
  5. shan-jun.lu's avatar
They were £5.99 in 2018. Huge shame but does not represent much of a saving compared to back then.

My rent was £750 in 2018 - its now £1000. Same size house.
  6. ppiddy's avatar
Do they still only give 10 chips?
    Vag417's avatar
    10? You got lucky!
  7. Blitz8448's avatar
Does the £4.24 already have the 50% discount applied or will the final price be £2.12?
    Sherbat's avatar
Already applied, £2 would be too generous of them.

Prices have shot up in the last couple of years. As an offer this should be £5 max. Just goes to show the nonsense the government spew about inflation having come down. Really? I havent seen an increase in my purchasing power.

I do love KFC and will probably still buy this as its still better than McDonalds in my eyes.
    mctrials23's avatar
It has come down a lot but thats not how inflation works. The price of most goods won't come down again. The costs have gone up across the board for materials and in large part due to labour. If everyone was paid 10% more and labour is 80% of a businesses cost then even if their material costs come down again, their staffing costs still remain higher.

Thats also ignoring the fact that plenty of companies have used inflation/CoL as a good excuse to raise their prices freely without scrutiny above and beyond their increased costs. If you think these scummy companies are going to go back to making less money... (edited)

    The price it should be

Which is why I voted cold

Kfc is a rip off these days - deal price is what it should be anyway

Mighty bucket for 6.99 is not a deal should be 4.99
    bracey100's avatar
ye i wish not worth 6.99
  12. FrAz279's avatar
Cant believe they took away "Wrap of the Day". Not been back since.
    liamwill's avatar
Same! It used to be my staple lunch, probably not a bad thing I suppose.
  13. Ukguy101's avatar
Good deal. I always seem to have trouble redeeming these deals, machine's turned off, or can't redeem on the machine or at the counter not accepting code. I swear most restaurants make it difficult, do other people have this trouble too?
    mctrials23's avatar
KFC genuinely have the most junk tech for a massive company I have ever seen. At our local there are 4 self service machines. I reckon that 80% of the time half of them are out of action. They are on but unresponsive. They often don't print a receipt and their screens behind the counter break regularly. Their QR code readers are awful as well.
  14. rapid85's avatar
Do people really pay £8.48 for this usually? Goodness me.
    2004ns's avatar
Paid a few days ago and was a proper rip off. The fries were tiny!
  15. KevlarMonkey's avatar
Just bought 2 zinger supercharger meals. Pretty pathetic serving tbh. No way that should ever be 9 quid.
  16. Little_Casper's avatar
KFC has gotten so expensive, a meal can easily cost £11 now.
    cossy3's avatar
It’s insane, I don’t understand how people are still going to them

Voted cold on this as I couldn’t pay on app without spending £10 minimum. Defeats the purpose of a 1 man meal for under £5
  19. x80ssm's avatar
Just to be clear, there is NO minimum £10 spend. That's only for deliveries
    anthony69's avatar
Wish the Op would clarify this in the title!!

    Argh, confusion reigns :D. (edited)
  20. Schizophonic's avatar
So £4.24 is the final price?
    BeanieBroadcast_'s avatar
Download the KFC app and it automatically applies the 50% off to get you the £4.24 price

Just had the zinger deal the burger was lovely
I like the new style chips kfc do as well like proper chips not salty skinny ones from Maccys

Only good thing about KFC is every space in the car park is empty. People don't go there anymore, other local fast food stores still rammed, difficult to find a space.
    JSL's avatar
Depends on your location. Both my locals I've noticed people pick up huge bags of food and take it home.

I've never really seen people sitting in KFC car parks eating like they do it mcdonalds.
  23. adamnsu's avatar
Only thing I am after are KFC wings. Food doesn’t taste as good these days either. I really hate their skin on chips and eco friendly straws too
  24. killainc's avatar
KFC trying to capitalise on people's healthy new year resolution.
  25. Michelle2222's avatar
I guess 50% off means , half the price half the size..had one earlier today and it was tiny..I do think they probably use a different size fillet when this offer comes around.

Feels a bit like those pizza places nowadays. "4 pizzas, that'll be £98. But! We have a discount of 50%. Just. For. You. Whoddadeal!"

Chicken cottage deal still the best, 9 pieces for £8.99. £1 = 1 piece

Their useless app wasn’t working for me earlier. Kept treating the order as delivery despite drive-thru being selected and tried to force me to spend £10.
  35. ChrisKalsi's avatar
Gets a downvote for me! Has to be a minimum of £10 spend to be able to redeem this offer
    Starb's avatar
I think that's only if you order online. It should work in store
  36. iwilliams54's avatar
Back to the old prices then
  37. Deetea's avatar
Pretty good burger, probably the best I've tried from KFC. The wife also played that rewards arcade game on the app and won 6 pieces of chicken free alongside it. Not too shabby. Those cheap daily kentucky wraps seem to have gone though.
  38. Neostar's avatar
Gonna try this burger on Friday
  39. tom6195's avatar
Do you need to spend £10 minimum to get the deal in store?

Supercharged offer not working for me in the app, "whoops" message when I click redeem offer button. Tried 2 different restaurants. Same for anyone else?
