You will have continued access to the Paramount+ Service for the remainder of your paid subscription period, but, except as required by applicable law, you will not receive a refund of any fees paid.

    If you have already made use of a free month as a returning subscriber in the past, it won't let you do it again....with that email address. If you have another email that you have used before to sign up but not had a free month as a returning subscriber, then you are good to go. (edited)

    Seems so. Their app is crap anyway and they had given up developing it more. Doesn't keep track of shows or progress. I asked support ages ago about it they said it was my fault... Well my equipment anyway. I still stupidly subscribed as wanted to watch quantum leap legally now that isn't coming .

    They want everyone to stop pirating but then do this. Joke.

    I'm going to ask them for a refund and cancel my account now as pointless having it

    It's crap! You can't even stream from where you left off. Have to start all over again. Streaming even starts off blurry and later goes HD.

    The app is horrendous. Also if you wanna watch halo on your phone or tablet you'd better learn the covenant language. For some reason hard coded subs only work when casting and if you put subtitles on again no hard coded subs. I raised it with paramount who talked me through turning subtitles on??! Customer service is a joke lol

    I actually quite like Paramount+. The Curse and Nathan For You have been my favourites, decent complete film series, some stuff I need to get around to like Yellowstone, the South Park specials are really good too. Wish I did the £30 for a year deal though.

    I downloaded the app on a 4k fire stick it works okay people, but yes you have to watch an episode in full, or remember where you were then go back and fast forward

    Which is more frustrating than it is anything else.
